Every Ramadhan in every year, we’ll always our reminiscing our time back then 8 years ago….
And 8 years ago, Umi and our 2 little brothers were away for 3 months joining Abah that was far from homeland.
Tok Timah & Wan Mansor took care of us back then.
Me, and my other 2 brothers.
3 months was like forever for us because we’re not used to get left behind especially by Umi.
One day when it came to the ‘limit’ that we missed our parents so much, then came Ramadhan.
There’s no hint that Abah will be back home with them.
For Eidulfitri also. No tickets booked.
We prayed. Prayed. And prayed.
And Allah hears us.
Abah informed us that we’re going and joining them for the last 10 days of Ramadhan and Eidulfitri together.
We’re like get energized again and filled up the last Ramadhan with hope that He will give us chance to meet our parents there.
Alhamdulillah they are healthy and fit until this Ramadhan and may Allah grant health for the rest of their life. Ameen!
Art of waiting… Patiently….
It’s very subjective to other people.
Others may said that your situation isn’t the same with mine. But,
In al-Baqarah 2:45;
“Nay, seek (Allah’s) help with patient perseverance and prayer: it is indeed hard, except to those who bring a lowly spirit.”
